Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or swatched.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
